The fee is confirmed before documents are requested. A fixed fee covers the stated scope, even if the answer is that the available evidence does not support a firm conclusion.
Estimated work
An employer rota compliance check starts at €620 including VAT for one location, one four-week rota and up to 20 workers. The estimate changes where there are multiple shift systems, Sunday-work exceptions, works agreements, historic records, or more than one management debrief.
Policy drafting, wider time-record audits and repeat support are quoted by work stage. We explain the assumptions, cap the first stage, and obtain approval before moving beyond it. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
What affects an estimate
The main factors are the number of people and locations, the period covered, whether records are complete, the number of contractual or collective sources, and how quickly advice is needed. Translation of extensive German documents and meetings involving additional advisers are priced separately.
Payment and changes
Payment is by invoice; this website does not take payments. Individual consultations are normally payable before the appointment. Employer reviews are invoiced 50% on instruction and 50% when the annotated material is delivered. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions are set out in our refund policy.
