Check the pattern before staff rely on it
This review is for a single team rota covering up to four weeks and 20 workers. We test shift lengths, break windows, daily rest and obvious accumulations of extended days. If the workplace uses Sunday, public-holiday, night or standby arrangements, we identify the supporting exception or agreement that needs to be confirmed.
Included
You provide the proposed rota, role descriptions, break arrangements and any relevant collective or works agreement. We return an annotated schedule, a short risk register and a 45-minute debrief with the manager responsible for amendments.
The starting price assumes one location and one shift pattern. Multi-site operations, historic time records and negotiations with a works council require a separate estimate. This is a preventive schedule review, not certification or representation before an occupational safety authority.
Useful outcome
